Account Deletion Process for Finn App Users

At Finn, we believe users should have full control over their account and data. If you wish to delete your Finn account, you can do so easily by following the steps below:

Open the Finn App
Launch the Finn app on your mobile device.
Log in Using Your Registered Phone Number
Sign in using the phone number linked to your Finn account.
Go to Profile Section
Once logged in, navigate to the Profile section from the app.
Scroll to “Statutory Information”
In the Profile section, scroll down to find the Statutory Information tab.
Select “Account Closure”
Under General Info, tap on Account Closure.
Provide Consent
A bottom sheet will open asking for your consent to delete the account.
Review the information carefully and submit your consent.
Final Confirmation
A confirmation pop-up will appear to double-check whether you are sure you want to delete your account.
Account Deletion
Once you confirm, your Finn account will be permanently deleted.

Important Notes

Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered.
You will lose access to all app features and any associated data linked to your account.
Ensure you are logged in with the correct phone number before initiating the process.
Even after account deletion, Finn retains user agreements for up to 5 years from the date of signing and limited KYC and contact details as required by applicable laws and regulatory requirements. These details are retained strictly for compliance purposes and will not be used to contact the user.
